Originating from the Greek for ‘cold cure’, Cryotherapy is a non-invasive, fast and effective hyper-cooling treatment for anyone seeking muscle recovery, injury treatment, weight loss or skin rejuvenation. Hugely popular with sports people as an alternative to ice-baths. Modern cold air cryotherapy was developed in Japan in the late 1970s to reduce inflammation in arthritis sufferers. It’s now widely used by athletes to aid recovery and improve performance; as an effective physical therapy to treat rheumatic diseases; and as a beauty and well-being treatment.

What made you enter the Kent Women in Business Awards?

“I was very flattered to be nominated.”

What advice would you give to someone looking to enter these Awards?

I think you need to be very thorough when completing the application form. Vital to remember that the judges will not know anything about how you are running your business so basically you have to sell yourself. Highlight achievements, refer to business plans to make references to future plans. Be your self and don’t be afraid to show that you are human when answering questions.
