What advice would you give to someone looking to enter these Awards?

Embrace it, enjoy the process. Make sure you sell yourself and your business, remembering that the judges and others may not be familiar with your field or the lingo associated with it. Focus on all your achievements, however small they may appear to you, from small acorns and all that jazz. It is a wonderful opportunity to network with successful and aspiring women in business and a great forum for promotion at the same time.
